Evidence-based cognitive restructuring curriculum for personal growth

All of our courses are evidence-based, cognitive restructuring life skills curriculum. These changing offender behavior (COB) courses are designed to meet core criminogenic needs. Each course consists of a minimum of 20 hours of participation.

Location varies upon request — classes can be held on-site at your location.

Available Courses

Anger Management

The objective of this course is to help participants overcome the root causes of anger, abuse, and domestic violence. By challenging self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, the course focuses on self-deception, justification, and resistant behaviors.

Parenting

The objective of this course is to help parents become more aware of the long-term subconscious programming they instill in their children. Parenting is never easy; however, there are powerful cognitive steps that can be taken to have the greatest impact on child and parent relationships.

Theft and Shoplifting

The objective of this course is to challenge faulty thinking errors and self-defeating behaviors associated with retail and other forms of theft.

  • Reasons people shoplift and/or take things that do not belong to them
  • Closure and choosing to do the right thing
  • Role playing, skill building, and motivational interviewing

Employment

The course objective is to help individuals overcome self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. The course is designed to help individuals identify and change the root causes of their employment issues. If we never change problem thinking, we can never change the problem behavior.
